Own day-to-day operations of the NYC office: manage supplies and facilities, coordinate vendors and furniture installs, plan internal and executive-facing events, provide administrative and executive support, manage budgets, onboard new hires, and foster a positive office culture in a fast-paced startup.

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design lifecycle for AI-driven enterprise workflows, create intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate with product teams to ensure quality and alignment.
