Own Oracle E-Business Suite and Fusion data conversion across concurrent customer engagements. Design conversion approaches, mappings, load sequences, access models, and cutovers; execute interface, API, FBDI, HDL, and REST-based loads; resolve import errors; perform data quality validation and reconciliation; and produce customer sign-off evidence. Build reusable templates, validation rules, scripts, and playbooks for the Tessera platform while supporting pre-sales, knowledge transfer, and distributed delivery teams.

Owns the architecture and end-to-end execution of Oracle Fusion Cloud data conversions from PeopleSoft and legacy finance systems. Leads source-to-target mapping, business rules, FBDI and HDL loads, mock conversion cycles, reconciliation, cutover decisions, and business sign-off. Serves as the senior Oracle point of contact for finance stakeholders and the systems integrator while overseeing consultants, engineers, and AI-generated conversion outputs.

Lead discovery, architecture, hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle EBS and Fusion Financials across multiple engagements. Own Finance to Manage design, accounting structures, fit-gap decisions, integrations, testing, close validation, and go-live readiness. Lead Oracle finance pre-sales, demos, estimates, proposals, and executive client discussions. Guide distributed teams and convert project knowledge into reusable platform assets and AI-enabled delivery practices.
