Leads Workday business analysis and transformation initiatives across HR, payroll, recruiting, benefits, finance, and operations. Responsibilities include stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, current- and future-state process design, Workday configuration, production support, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, reporting, security, vendor coordination, risk management, documentation, and mentoring analysts. The role drives process improvement, resolves complex Workday issues, and aligns technology solutions with business, compliance, and operational goals.

Schedule and track maintenance work orders using CMMS (Maximo/NexGen), coordinate parts and labor, prepare reports, support audits, and provide customer status updates to maintain mission readiness.

Supports approximately 300 employees through employee relations, conflict resolution, labor relations, training, compliance, leave administration, union coordination, HRIS administration, disciplinary processes, and employment-law guidance. Requires occasional second-shift support and travel to Virginia twice annually.

Assists the Work Control Supervisor with maintenance work order administration, reporting, data accuracy, service order desk oversight, and production control operations. Supervises clerks, coordinates priorities with government representatives, manages work order extensions, trains employees, maintains documentation, audits customer concerns, and improves operational efficiency. The role supports 24/7/365 operations at a federal military installation and requires applicable security clearance eligibility and installation access.

Extracts, cleans, consolidates, and analyzes facilities maintenance, work order, environmental, and customer feedback data. Develops predictive indicators, dashboards, reports, cost and risk analyses, and recommendations to support work prioritization, funding, facility improvements, and command decisions. Translates findings into executable work packages, prepares briefings, documents methodologies, resolves data issues, and complies with Army, DoD, installation, information assurance, and PII policies.

Manages quality control, reliability, and safety programs for facilities maintenance and repair operations at a military installation. Oversees ISO 9001 processes, inspections, corrective and preventive actions, root-cause analysis, safety compliance, hazard assessments, incident investigations, reporting, and performance trend analysis. Leads QCRS technicians and safety representatives while coordinating with site leadership, clients, and corporate teams. Requires travel to outlying sites and the home office.

Lead talent acquisition strategy, coach and onboard recruiters, design scalable recruiting processes and SOPs, manage recruiting platforms and sourcing, ensure OFCCP compliance, support workforce planning, attend recruiting events, analyze metrics, and hire senior/site leadership while supporting recruiting operations across locations.

Manage safety, quality, and ISO programs for Tessera operations at Ft Riley. Lead safety training, inspections, reporting, regulatory compliance (OSHA, NFPA, EPA, DOT), incident investigations, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement. Support data collection, reporting, and implementation of safety/ISO system changes across contracts and sites.

Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery while maximizing manufacturing efficiency. Release and monitor work orders, coordinate across machining, assembly, inspection, purchasing, and shipping, resolve material shortages, identify capacity constraints, ensure ERP data accuracy and AS9100 compliance, and drive recovery and continuous improvement actions.

Lead production scheduling and maintenance planning using CMMS. Prioritize and track work orders, mitigate scheduling/material conflicts, coordinate resources and procurement, maintain records and metrics, support audits, prepare reports and briefs, and supervise/training scheduler personnel to ensure timely maintenance and mission readiness.

Perform tire and wheel maintenance on military and commercial vehicles: mount, balance, repair, replace, inspect tires and related systems; perform minor vehicle repairs, preventative maintenance, parts requests, inventory, and maintain records and shop safety to support mission readiness.

The Accounts Payable Accountant manages the processing of accounts payable transactions, prepares invoices for payments, reconciles accounts, and ensures accuracy of financial records in a fast-paced environment.

The Quality Planning and FAIR Specialist ensures products are quality-ready before production, leading FAIR preparation, inspection planning, and validation activities to prevent issues and improve efficiency.

Supervise and coach custodial staff to ensure cleanliness, safety, and contract compliance. Oversee daily field operations, quality inspections, staffing and scheduling, training, recordkeeping, inventory and equipment management, and customer interactions. Support hands-on custodial duties as needed and enforce safety procedures and PPE use.

Support maintenance, optimization, and upgrades of campus mechanical systems (HVAC/R, boilers, pumps, plumbing). Plan and manage projects, perform root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, code compliance, and small-scale designs. Liaise with craftsmen and engineers, prepare cost estimates and reports, lead reliability and asset assessment processes, and ensure DoD/OSHA/environmental standards and installation access requirements are met.
