Manage and oversee site quality, safety, ISO 9001 compliance, and operations at Robins AFB. Act as QC inspector, lead training, audits, CAPAs, physical security, environmental and fire prevention programs, supervise staff, and assume full operational responsibility in the Operations Manager's absence.

Provide HR guidance and support for home office and site managers, ensure compliance with policies, CBAs and employment laws, coach managers on employee relations, recruitment, performance and labor issues, investigate complaints and EEOC matters, develop HR policies and training, collaborate with recruiting, and support workforce development and installation access requirements.

Assist and provide supervision for roads and grounds maintenance at Fort Gregg-Adams. Oversee mowing, seeding, fertilizing, road repair, equipment operation, staff assignments, safety programs, training, reporting, inventories, and quality control. Serve as supervisor backup and ensure contract requirements are met.

Perform independent inspections and daily QA/QC of service orders and maintenance work to ensure contractual, safety, environmental, SOP, and ISO compliance. Document findings, track trends, support corrective actions, prepare reports, maintain quality records in systems (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint), engage with customers, and support audits and continuous improvement. Travel to on- and off-site locations and collaborate with production control and quality leadership.

The Quality Planning and FAIR Specialist ensures products are quality-ready before production, leading FAIR preparation, inspection planning, and validation activities to prevent issues and improve efficiency.

The Project Coordinator will manage construction projects, coordinating estimates, client interactions, and ensuring successful project execution from planning to completion.

The CNC Machinist operates CNC machines, following instructions for production, conducting inspections, and maintaining a safe work environment. Roles range from entry-level to senior-level machining responsibilities, including setups, advanced operations, and mentoring.
