Manage and oversee site quality, safety, ISO 9001 compliance, and operations at Robins AFB. Act as QC inspector, lead training, audits, CAPAs, physical security, environmental and fire prevention programs, supervise staff, and assume full operational responsibility in the Operations Manager's absence.

Manage sustainment, restoration, and modernization of facilities, roads, structures, and property under the WSBOSC NUWC contract. Provide incidental engineering support, review/approve contractor plans, scopes of work and cost proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with contractors and government personnel, and drive safety, operations excellence, and customer service.

Lead on-site operations at Robins AFB overseeing vehicle maintenance, logistics, supply parts, subcontractors and contract performance. Drive safety, quality (ISO 9001), budgeting, staffing, training, customer engagement, union relations, and DoD contract compliance while improving processes, reporting, and mission delivery.
