Supports approximately 300 employees through employee relations, conflict resolution, labor relations, training, compliance, leave administration, union coordination, HRIS administration, disciplinary processes, and employment-law guidance. Partners with managers, employees, unions, legal counsel, and vocational specialists to resolve workplace issues, maintain personnel records, support accommodations, conduct investigations, and improve HR processes. Requires occasional second-shift support and travel to Virginia twice annually.

Assists the Work Control Supervisor with maintenance work order administration, reporting, data accuracy, service order desk oversight, and production control operations. Supervises clerks, coordinates priorities with government representatives, manages work order extensions, trains employees, maintains documentation, audits customer concerns, and improves operational efficiency. The role supports 24/7/365 operations at a federal military installation and requires applicable security clearance eligibility and installation access.

Extracts, cleans, consolidates, and analyzes facilities maintenance, work order, environmental, and customer feedback data. Develops predictive indicators, dashboards, reports, cost and risk analyses, and recommendations to support work prioritization, funding, facility improvements, and command decisions. Translates findings into executable work packages, prepares briefings, documents methodologies, resolves data issues, and complies with Army, DoD, installation, information assurance, and PII policies.
