The role develops regional growth strategies, analyzes branch performance, promotes safety, supports strategic initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR, and other functions. Extensive travel throughout the assigned region is required, along with strong leadership, commercial, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Support internal sales by responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and suppliers, supporting sales campaigns, and delivering excellent customer service. Full product and sales training is provided, making this an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn.

Leads the Accounts Payable function, overseeing invoice processing, supplier payments, payment controls, cash requirements, AP reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close support. Manages and develops the AP team, monitors performance metrics, maintains procedures and internal controls, supports audits, resolves supplier issues, and ensures accurate vendor master data. The role also drives process improvements and effective use of SAP, VIM, and related AP automation tools.

Conduct proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, promote civils and drainage products, identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships, provide product guidance, and achieve sales targets and KPIs. The role works closely with the local branch team and includes product training and customer service responsibilities.

Lead national business development for JDP’s UK data centre sector. Build relationships with developers, operators, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners; secure product specifications and project opportunities; convert new business; manage the project pipeline and sales forecasts; and represent the company at industry events. The role sells drainage, ducting, cable protection, water management, and infrastructure solutions.

Leads general ledger accounting, month-end close, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, internal controls, and audit support. Partners with stakeholders on accounting policies, cash management, process improvements, automation, and strategic projects. Provides insights to management, supports banking activities, and mentors junior team members while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.

Supports three Executive Committee members by managing calendars, meetings, agendas, travel arrangements, documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. Provides administrative support for leadership meetings, events, trainings, and key initiatives. Requires strong organization, flexibility, discretion, proactive service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and professional communication in French, Dutch, and English. The position is onsite in Brussels with flexible hours and occasional urgent support outside office hours.

Deploy, configure, and operate security tools; monitor and investigate incidents; manage vulnerabilities; advise ICT teams; document processes; lead security projects; support continuous improvement and occasional Europe travel.

Lead month-end close activities, prepare complex journal entries and accruals, own reconciliations and financial analysis, support audits, strengthen internal controls (fixed assets), back up cash management, drive process improvements, and mentor junior accounting staff.

Design electrical systems for industrial chemical facilities including power distribution, schematics, wiring, equipment layout, and installation details. Perform short-circuit, arc-flash and power studies, size transformers/cables/feeds, review drawings/specs, support plant troubleshooting, assist project proposals, and coordinate with clients, contractors and other engineering disciplines. Provide on-site support for turnarounds and startups; develop budgets and select electrical components.

Manage month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, customer credit evaluations, AR aging and collections, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance to resolve disputes, optimize cash flow, support audits, and drive process improvements and ERP/finance transformation initiatives.
