Leads general ledger accounting, month-end close, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, internal controls, and audit support. Partners with stakeholders on accounting policies, cash management, process improvements, automation, and strategic projects. Provides insights to management, supports banking activities, and mentors junior team members while ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and company policies.

Manages plant safety activities, HSEQ documentation, inspections, audits, incident response, training, and corrective actions. Oversees hazardous waste, environmental permits, PSM, public water systems, and regulatory compliance. Supports laboratory quality assurance, product testing, labeling, documentation, sample shipments, and scale house traffic and shipping records. Requires frequent coordination with employees, contractors, vendors, regulators, and plant management.

Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, promote civils and drainage products, identify sales opportunities, build customer relationships, provide product guidance, and meet sales targets and KPIs while supporting the local branch team.

Supports three Executive Committee members by managing calendars, meetings, agendas, travel arrangements, documents, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes. Provides administrative support for leadership meetings, events, trainings, and key initiatives. Requires strong organization, flexibility, discretion, proactive service, Microsoft Office proficiency, and professional communication in French, Dutch, and English. The position is onsite in Brussels with flexible hours and occasional urgent support outside office hours.

Leads production activities on an assigned shift, supervising 15–20 union operators and ensuring safe, efficient, compliant gelatin manufacturing. Responsibilities include shift leadership, KPI management, safety and food-quality compliance, deviation resolution, maintenance coordination, staffing, inventory coordination, cost control, continuous improvement, and production documentation. The role works largely autonomously on evening and rotating relief schedules while coordinating with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHS, Warehousing, and Operations leadership.

Deploy, configure, and operate security tools; monitor and investigate incidents; manage vulnerabilities; advise ICT teams; document processes; lead security projects; support continuous improvement and occasional Europe travel.

Provide regional technical support to expand market share for specialty fertilizers. Design and run field trials, engage researchers, support sales and marketing with technical messaging, train and troubleshoot for distributors and growers, monitor competitors, and translate trial results into practical recommendations.

Manage and dispatch bulk and packaged freight, coordinate with drivers, 3rd-party carriers, supply chain and sales teams, ensure DOT compliance and on-time deliveries, negotiate rates, route planning, investigate delivery issues, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Design electrical systems for industrial chemical facilities including power distribution, schematics, wiring, equipment layout, and installation details. Perform short-circuit, arc-flash and power studies, size transformers/cables/feeds, review drawings/specs, support plant troubleshooting, assist project proposals, and coordinate with clients, contractors and other engineering disciplines. Provide on-site support for turnarounds and startups; develop budgets and select electrical components.

Manage month-end close, general ledger reconciliations, customer credit evaluations, AR aging and collections, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Treasury and Finance to resolve disputes, optimize cash flow, support audits, and drive process improvements and ERP/finance transformation initiatives.
