Plan inventory and terminal operations, optimize inbound receipts and outbound shipments, maintain accurate master data in SAP, coordinate with manufacturing, finance, and transportation, schedule audits, develop 24-month inventory models, and support month-end inventory and cross-functional training.

Design and troubleshoot electrical systems for industrial chemical facilities: develop plans, perform short-circuit/arc-flash/power studies (ETAP), size equipment, review drawings and P&IDs, support plant startups and turnarounds, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Serve as first point of contact for customers: deliver excellent customer service, provide product and service information, process enquiries and orders accurately and on time, and make proactive promotional calls to grow regional sales.
