Lead performance across approximately seven branches by coaching Branch Managers, driving sales and profit growth, improving customer retention, developing account portfolios, and promoting operational excellence. The role involves analyzing branch performance, setting strategic plans, ensuring safety and company standards, leading regional initiatives, developing people, and collaborating across Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR, and support teams. Extensive travel throughout the assigned region is required.

Lead performance across approximately seven branches, coaching Branch Managers and driving sales, profit, customer retention, and operational improvement. The role develops regional growth strategies, analyzes branch performance, promotes safety, supports strategic initiatives, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Commercial, HR, and other functions. Extensive travel throughout the assigned region is required, along with strong leadership, commercial, planning, and relationship-building skills.

Support internal sales by responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and suppliers, supporting sales campaigns, and delivering excellent customer service. Full product and sales training is provided, making this an entry-level opportunity for someone with strong communication, organisation, attention to detail, basic IT skills, and a willingness to learn.
