Run the Founder Residency day-to-day: design and host high-value events, manage admissions/onboarding for ~30 teams, activate and grow a talent pipeline using lightweight AI-enabled trackers and automations, and own Company Ventures' social and content presence.

Lead sourcing, diligence, and financial modeling for AI-native seed investments. Build investment theses, pressure-test technical claims, model returns across scenarios, and defend recommendations to partners. Source founders, represent the firm in AI communities, support portfolio technical decisions, and co-run the firm's Residency while contributing to internal AI tooling and workflows.

First engineer and technical lead building a 0-1 platform for unified senior health records: design architecture, data ingestion and storage, AI intelligence layer, agentic coordination systems, and compliance/auditability. Ship end-to-end with high ownership and rapid iteration.
