Leads the recruiting lifecycle from requisition through onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, hiring-manager partnership, ATS administration, recruiting analytics, process improvement, and employment branding. Provides additional HR support through onboarding, employee documentation, HR records maintenance, reporting, communications, and special projects while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with employment laws.

Manages corporate risk programs, including insurance renewals, liability claims, certificates of insurance, contract insurance reviews, and construction financing support. Coordinates with Legal, Human Resources, Procurement, adjusters, and internal stakeholders. Reviews underwriting materials, recommends exposure treatment, maintains policy documentation, develops training materials, monitors risk and insurance trends, and supports related projects.

Lead renewable energy project development from greenfield/M&A through EPC selection, construction, and turnover. Manage technical due diligence, engineering consultants, interconnection and HV equipment procurement, support project economics and financial close, perform site visits, and coordinate with utilities, EPCs, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
