Lead all finance functions for a growing global nonprofit: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audit and Form 990, fund accounting, cash management, and international multi-currency operations. Partner with Executive Director and Board on financial strategy, build financial models and systems, advise on reserves and sustainability, and supervise a small finance team while supporting day-to-day accounting and donor/board reporting.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines and data warehouse architecture. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data, ensure data quality, governance, and compliance, automate data workflows, optimize performance, and document data systems for cross-functional teams.

Lead social media strategy and community engagement across platforms; create and publish content (text, design, video); analyze metrics to optimize campaigns; supervise a Social Media Specialist and coordinate with marketing and community teams to grow a safe, inclusive online community aligned with organizational goals.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for a subscription learning product (Vajrayana Online). Define OKRs and metrics, prioritize features, run user research and experiments, manage cross-functional alignment, optimize onboarding/pricing, and support integrations between digital courses, live events, and community pathways while balancing mission impact and financial sustainability.
