Teams at Tergar International

Build and lead Tergar Schools’ secular Model of Learning, including teacher training, school toolkits, playbooks, family materials, and onboarding systems. Work hands-on with partner schools in Nepal, test and refine the model in classrooms, translate contemplative teaching into scalable materials, collaborate with the research lab, and build the team needed for expansion across multiple countries.

Build and lead Tergar Schools’ major-donor fundraising function. Develop a strategy to secure at least $600,000 in recurring annual operating support and advance a $3.9 million capital campaign. Personally cultivate and close a portfolio of at least 50 major-donor prospects, manage foundation relationships, maintain CRM records, support executive and board fundraising, shape donor messaging, and supervise the Community Giving & Events Manager.
