Lead and build Terabase's internal IT organization: transition from MSP, establish end-user support, identity and endpoint management, corporate network and infrastructure, IT service delivery, security/compliance, vendor management, and hire/coach IT staff to support a global, high-growth technology company.

Lead modeling, simulation, and controls analysis for PV, wind, BESS, hybrid plants, and microgrids. Develop high-fidelity models, validate plant and microgrid controls, perform dynamic/EMT/transient studies, support HIL/CIL testing, produce technical documentation, and drive continuous improvement for utility-scale and behind-the-meter systems.

The Product Designer will create user-centered designs for mobile and web applications, collaborating with teams to ensure high-quality visuals and functionality.
