Ensures quality across the lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical products. Responsibilities include quality planning, inspections, supplier and incoming quality, in-process and final testing, FAT/SAT support, NCR and CAPA management, root cause analysis, QMS compliance, audits, traceability, calibration, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, suppliers, customers, and field teams while maintaining quality records in QMS, ERP, and PLM systems.

Oversee global accounting operations, financial close, consolidated reporting, cost and manufacturing accounting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and NetSuite optimization. Lead the accounting team, improve processes through automation, and partner with FP&A, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support financial transparency, scalability, and global expansion.

Supports the design, programming, commissioning, testing, and documentation of utility-scale solar, battery storage, and hybrid plant control systems. Develops IEC 61131-3 control logic, configures SEL controllers and CODESYS systems, validates grid-control algorithms, troubleshoots SCADA issues, and produces technical deliverables. Participates in FATs, customer presentations, product improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with EPCs, asset owners, grid operators, and project managers. Travel of up to 10% is required for commissioning, FATs, and customer engagements.
