Design and execute manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications. Maintain Playwright and Maestro automation suites, provide first-line support, triage and reproduce field issues, and create actionable bug tickets. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, Backend, and external development teams while promoting shift-left testing. Maintain the support knowledge base and help improve test coverage, quality processes, and asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Oversee global accounting operations, financial close, consolidated reporting, cost and manufacturing accounting, internal controls, audits, tax compliance, and NetSuite optimization. Lead the accounting team, improve processes through automation, and partner with FP&A, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support financial transparency, scalability, and global expansion.

Develop and maintain Python-based automated test frameworks for software-, hardware-, and model-in-the-loop environments supporting power plant controllers and SCADA systems. Define verification and validation plans, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, execute tests across multiple environments, investigate requirements, analyze failures, and perform root cause analysis using engineering tools and telemetry. Collaborate with controls and systems teams to ensure reliable production-ready software.
