Leads end-to-end controls design, programming, testing, commissioning, and support for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and hybrid renewable projects. Develops SEL and Codesys control logic, validates power and grid-response algorithms, troubleshoots SCADA systems, produces technical deliverables, and leads FATs and customer engagements. Contributes to product improvements, maintains code and Jira documentation, mentors junior engineers, and serves as a technical authority for utility and ISO requirements.

Oversee global accounting operations, financial close, consolidated reporting, cost and manufacturing accounting, internal controls, audits, compliance, and NetSuite optimization. Lead the accounting team, improve automation and processes, and partner with FP&A, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to support financial transparency, scalability, global expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Manage SCADA project portfolio from initiation through delivery, coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and customers. Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality control, reporting, and stakeholder communications while ensuring regulatory compliance and process improvements.
