Responsibilities include email sequencing, segmentation, copywriting, deliverability, founder brand content, thought leadership, campaign analysis, experimentation, and managing MQL quality, volume, and pipeline conversion.

Work directly with the founder on go-to-market execution, outreach systems, lead research, pipeline operations, internal process automation, market and competitor research, content, communication, and urgent cross-functional projects. The role requires speed, independent judgment, clear writing, rapid learning, and practical AI experience in a startup environment.

Supports product planning and feature delivery by defining requirements, user stories, roadmaps, and backlogs. Own product delivery across multiple client accounts, leading sprint operations, backlog management, release coordination, and cross-functional pod execution.
