Manages front-of-house restaurant operations under the General Manager. Leads, trains, schedules, and supports FOH staff; ensures service, bar, menu, health, safety, and guest-experience standards; manages inventory and liquor orders; implements specials; oversees expo, delegation, checklists, and shift communications.

Oversee multi-entity accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, manage tax filings and audits, support budgeting and cash flow, lead and mentor accounting staff, and improve accounting systems and processes.
