Supports hotel sales, catering, marketing, guest services, and events through a comprehensive training program. Creates and manages social media content across multiple platforms, including launching a TikTok account, assisting with wedding event content, researching competitor clients, supporting sales and catering projects, and organizing a sales blitz. The role requires professionalism, autonomy, time management, customer communication, and occasional travel to meet clients and prospects.
