Designs, deploys, and optimizes large-scale RoCEv2 data center networks supporting AI and HPC clusters up to 100,000+ GPUs. Provides technical direction across teams, resolves complex production failures, develops network standards and tooling, and mentors engineers while working hands-on with switching, routing, optics, cabling, and high-speed Ethernet fabrics.

Provides Tier 2 escalation support for hardware, software, access, network, and employee technology issues. Owns enterprise hardware and firmware validation across large-scale AI infrastructure. Responsibilities include qualifying BIOS, BMC, GPU, NIC, and storage firmware; building Redfish and IPMI automation; defining burn-in testing; analyzing hardware failures, telemetry, PCIe errors, and logs; managing staged rollouts and rollback; coordinating vendor escalations; supporting AMD platform bring-up; mentoring teammates; and contributing to incident response, runbooks, and root-cause analyses.

Serve as a strategic People Operations advisor to leaders, translating business priorities into workforce plans and supporting organizational design, change management, performance, talent, succession, compensation, and career development. Coach managers, handle employee concerns, monitor engagement and retention, use people data to guide decisions, and collaborate with Recruiting, Employee Relations, and People Experience across a scaling technical organization.

Monitor TensorWave’s AI infrastructure across data centers, identify anomalies, perform first-response triage, execute runbooks, document incidents, and escalate issues to engineering or on-site teams. The role supports Kubernetes, GPU, network, storage, and Linux environments; communicates during incidents; contributes to alert tuning and post-incident reviews; and coordinates maintenance activities. This is an on-site rotating 12-hour shift role covering days or nights, including weekends and holidays.

Design and build scalable automation for large-scale AI network fabrics, including deployment, lifecycle management, validation, testing, reconciliation, CI/CD, configuration, firmware management, and NetBox integration. Support Ethernet fabric growth across multi-vendor networking environments and network operating systems.

Manage domestic and international logistics for AI infrastructure, including servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data center components. Support tax onboarding for new data center sites, research SALT issues, identify incentives, maintain compliance processes, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and external advisors. Independently manage deadlines, documentation, filings, and tax-related projects.

Chief of Staff supporting the CEO, COO, and CGO by prioritizing executive focus, driving strategic workstreams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, managing communications, and strengthening the company’s operating rhythm. The role requires strong project management, business judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to convert high-level goals into structured plans and measurable execution.

Run GPU and server burn-in testing, diagnose failures across hardware components, manage out-of-band systems, apply firmware updates, and drive vendor RMAs. Maintain accurate asset records in NetBox, identify fleet-wide failure patterns, improve runbooks, automate repetitive tasks with Bash or Python, support datacenter expansions, and participate in on-call escalation for hardware issues.

Lead and scale global procurement for AI infrastructure, including GPUs, servers, networking, data center capacity, power, cooling, construction materials, software, and logistics. Own strategic relationships with AMD and OEM/ODM partners, negotiate complex supply agreements, manage supply risk and export controls, build category management and procurement governance, improve total cost of ownership, and develop the procurement organization.

Supports recruiting operations, ATS workflows, recruiting data, dashboards, reporting, process improvements, and program coordination. Maintains data quality, analyzes recruiting trends, documents processes, and coordinates recruiting projects, talent branding initiatives, events, university recruiting, and intern hiring.

Leads large-scale cluster deployment from rack delivery through production acceptance, including network bring-up, cabling verification, GPU-fabric integration, validation, burn-in, and RCCL performance testing. Manages deployment engineers across concurrent builds, improves deployment velocity, establishes operational playbooks and acceptance gates, coordinates with data center teams and vendors, and drives defect resolution across network, cabling, and hardware partners.

Own Level 2 technical support escalations for AI infrastructure customers. Diagnose Linux hosts, GPUs, Kubernetes workloads, Slurm scheduling, storage, networking, and distributed workloads using logs and telemetry. Communicate findings to customer engineers, create runbooks and diagnostic tools, document recurring issues, coordinate hardware remediation, support account health, and participate in on-call coverage.

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement a scalable virtualization platform for high-performance AI workloads, manage VM lifecycles, optimize virtualization for performance, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to long-term architecture.

As a Staff Database Engineer, you'll design and oversee the architecture, performance, and reliability of database systems, primarily PostgreSQL and MySQL, while also enhancing automation, observability, and incident response efforts.
