Monitor TensorWave’s AI infrastructure across data centers, identify anomalies, perform first-response triage, execute runbooks, document incidents, and escalate issues to engineering or on-site teams. The role supports Kubernetes, GPU, network, storage, and Linux environments; communicates during incidents; contributes to alert tuning and post-incident reviews; and coordinates maintenance activities. This is an on-site rotating 12-hour shift role covering days or nights, including weekends and holidays.

Design and build scalable automation for large-scale AI network fabrics, including deployment, lifecycle management, validation, testing, reconciliation, CI/CD, configuration, firmware management, and NetBox integration. Support Ethernet fabric growth across multi-vendor networking environments and network operating systems.

Manage domestic and international logistics for AI infrastructure, including servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data center components. Oversee freight execution, customs and trade compliance, reverse logistics, site delivery coordination, asset security, vendor contracts, 3PL performance, freight audits, and cost optimization. The role requires expertise in high-value hardware transportation, dual-use export controls, Incoterms, and logistics systems.

Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot TensorWave’s enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, security, and high-availability network infrastructure. The engineer will support Cisco networking, SD-WAN, segmentation, authentication, monitoring, incident response, documentation, vendor coordination, and network modernization. They will own technical workstreams, resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues, develop repeatable standards, and mentor Corporate IT team members.

Supports government affairs through legislative and policy research, government and community relations, market research, briefing preparation, stakeholder database maintenance, and legislative tracking. The intern will monitor issues affecting AI, data centers, energy, and economic development while assisting with meetings, industry events, and community engagements.

Manage state and local tax compliance, including sales and use tax, property tax, registrations, exemptions, licenses, notices, and nexus analysis. Support tax onboarding for new data center sites, research SALT issues, identify incentives, maintain compliance processes, and partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Operations, and external advisors. Independently manage deadlines, documentation, filings, and tax-related projects.

Chief of Staff supporting the CEO, COO, and CGO by prioritizing executive focus, driving strategic workstreams, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing board and investor materials, managing communications, and strengthening the company’s operating rhythm. The role requires strong project management, business judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to convert high-level goals into structured plans and measurable execution.

Supports network engineers with data center cluster deployments by verifying cabling and network links, troubleshooting connectivity, and developing Python tooling for reliable, efficient deployments. Requires networking fundamentals, Linux command-line comfort, scripting ability, and methodical troubleshooting. Preferred experience includes networking certifications, BGP or EVPN, data center network operating systems, Git, Ansible, NetBox, HPC or GPU clusters, and RDMA or RoCE. Travel to data center sites is required 1–2 times.

Supports the full podcast production pipeline for Wave Sessions, including guest research and outreach, location booking, industry monitoring, cross-department coordination, production workflow management, growth metric tracking, and YouTube SEO optimization. The intern works closely with the Senior Podcast Producer and gains hands-on experience in media production and audience growth within the AI infrastructure industry.

Accounting Intern supporting accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, financial record maintenance, month-end and year-end close, audit preparation, reporting, and ad hoc analysis. The role provides hands-on experience with accounting operations while requiring Excel proficiency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Supports GTM strategy and operations through HubSpot CRM data maintenance, dashboard and report creation, pipeline analytics, process documentation, knowledge-base organization, automation improvement, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Experience teams.

Support the recruiting lifecycle through candidate sourcing, resume review, outreach, interview coordination, ATS maintenance, university recruiting, career fairs, internship hiring, employer branding, talent market research, and recruiting process improvement projects.

Supports the end-to-end lifecycle of technology assets, including vendor onboarding, order tracking, inventory management, hardware logistics, process optimization, market analysis, and invoice coordination. Support client onboarding, product adoption, and account success for an AI cloud platform. Liaise among clients, engineering, and sales; track performance metrics; prepare reports; document feedback and feature requests; participate in discovery calls and technical presentations; and learn from senior account managers. The internship emphasizes clear technical communication, troubleshooting, adaptability, attention to detail, and managing multiple client needs.

Software Engineering Interns collaborate on cloud control plane, orchestration, API, and internal tooling features. They automate and monitor GPU clusters using Slurm and Kubernetes, debug performance issues in inference and distributed training pipelines, write tested code, participate in reviews, and learn large-scale bare-metal AI cloud infrastructure, networking, storage, and hardware partitioning.

Supports debt capital raising, financial modeling, due diligence, deal tracking, risk analysis, interest-rate hedging research, strategic finance reporting, KPI dashboards, investor materials, and market research. The intern works with capital markets leadership and cross-functional teams in an AI infrastructure startup while developing experience in equipment financing, venture debt, project financing, and corporate finance.

Supports TensorWave’s internal design studio with brand asset production, creative concepting, media and campaign materials, project support, and asset management. The intern adapts creative systems across digital, social, presentation, event, and print formats; prepares production-ready files; develops moodboards and visual concepts; extends the brand into new applications; and participates in critiques and collaborative design development.
