Monitor TensorWave’s AI infrastructure across data centers, identify anomalies, perform first-response triage, execute runbooks, document incidents, and escalate issues to engineering or on-site teams. The role supports Kubernetes, GPU, network, storage, and Linux environments; communicates during incidents; contributes to alert tuning and post-incident reviews; and coordinates maintenance activities. This is an on-site rotating 12-hour shift role covering days or nights, including weekends and holidays.

Design and build scalable automation for large-scale AI network fabrics, including deployment, lifecycle management, validation, testing, reconciliation, CI/CD, configuration, firmware management, and NetBox integration. Support Ethernet fabric growth across multi-vendor networking environments and network operating systems.

Manage domestic and international logistics for AI infrastructure, including servers, GPUs, networking equipment, and data center components. Oversee freight execution, customs and trade compliance, reverse logistics, site delivery coordination, asset security, vendor contracts, 3PL performance, freight audits, and cost optimization. The role requires expertise in high-value hardware transportation, dual-use export controls, Incoterms, and logistics systems.
