Supports capital markets strategy through debt and equipment financing transactions, financial modeling, due diligence, lender and legal coordination, financing documentation, and post-closing requirements. Prepares executive, board, investor, and KPI reporting; evaluates capital structures, peer financing strategies, and cost-of-capital optimization opportunities. Partners with finance, infrastructure, deployment, engineering, lenders, investors, and legal counsel while managing transaction workstreams and deadlines.

Own Level 2 technical support escalations for AI infrastructure customers. Diagnose Linux hosts, GPUs, Kubernetes workloads, Slurm scheduling, storage, networking, and distributed workloads using logs and telemetry. Communicate findings to customer engineers, create runbooks and diagnostic tools, document recurring issues, coordinate hardware remediation, support account health, and participate in on-call coverage.

The Staff Infrastructure Engineer will design and implement a scalable virtualization platform for high-performance AI workloads, manage VM lifecycles, optimize virtualization for performance, troubleshoot systems, and contribute to long-term architecture.
