Teams at TensorOps

Design, build, deploy, monitor, and optimize production ML and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and embeddings. Own technical delivery from architecture through iteration, collaborate with client engineering and product teams, mentor junior ML engineers, and help establish internal technical standards and tooling.

Support the COO with project tracking, resource planning, workflow documentation, knowledge management, software administration, onboarding coordination, operational metrics, and process improvements. The intern will identify repetitive tasks, assist with AI-powered automations, improve cross-team handovers, and help maintain accurate operational information. The role offers hands-on exposure to business operations in an AI company and collaboration with technical and business teams.
