Lead architecture and technical strategy for production-grade AI/ML systems, including agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, search, recommendation, and decision-support tools. Serve as the primary technical client contact, manage engagements, mentor ML engineering teams, and oversee projects from discovery through deployment and monitoring. The role requires deep expertise in Python, LLMs, MLOps, cloud infrastructure, scalable architecture, and modern machine-learning methods.

Design, build, and deploy production machine learning and LLM systems, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, fine-tuning, and embeddings. Own technical delivery from architecture through monitoring and iteration, collaborate with client engineering and product teams, mentor junior ML engineers, and help establish internal technical standards and best practices.

Own AWS ecosystem relationships and the full sales cycle: generate partner-sourced pipeline, lead discovery, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and post-signature account management. Drive co-sell motions, AWS Marketplace positioning, and maintain partner tier by meeting co-sell KPIs and certification benchmarks.
