Own the AI product for freight request, quoting, booking, and shipment monitoring workflows. Work directly with logistics clients to map processes, define requirements, build prototypes, establish AI accuracy standards, and determine what should be bespoke, configurable, or core product. Partner closely with the CEO on investment and spending decisions while scaling the function toward a future CFO role.

Build and scale People Operations across the US, Brazil, and Mexico by owning onboarding, policies, HRIS configuration, workflow automation, employee support, benefits enrollment, leave administration, compliance, and HR data accuracy. Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting to standardize processes, reduce manual work, and support compensation, performance, and organizational changes.

Execute and monitor B2B foreign exchange transactions, reviewing contracts, settlements, rates, and closings for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support KYC/KYB processes, coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor FX markets, and improve or automate operational processes. This hybrid role requires working three days weekly in the São Paulo office.

Lead and grow Brazil’s enterprise sales team for global logistics payments. Own strategic accounts, pipeline, forecast, and TPV targets; coach quota-carrying representatives; manage complex enterprise deals; develop the freight-focused go-to-market playbook; and partner with product and compliance on Brazil’s FX, tax, treasury, regulatory, and payment-rail landscape.

Lead and build Tensec's operational backbone: design treasury orchestration, manage vendor networks, advise product/legal on onboarding, ensure AI governance, enable US market entry, and provide cross-functional operational leadership and dashboards.
