Build Tensec’s content engine from scratch, extracting stories from executives and operators, writing in distinct voices, publishing at scale, and developing original company content. Own LinkedIn and establish a point of view for the brand. Use AI while maintaining high editorial judgment, measure pipeline influence honestly, and collaborate with compliance to publish within regulatory guidelines.

Build Tensec’s content engine from the ground up, extracting stories from executives and operators, writing authentic AI-assisted content, managing the company LinkedIn presence, and developing executive voices. Create original fintech and cross-border payments content, measure pipeline influence, and collaborate with compliance and legal teams to publish within regulatory guidelines.

Serve as Tensec's primary US legal lead covering corporate, regulatory, vendor and client contracting, and multi-jurisdictional compliance. Own regulatory roadmap across BSA/AML, FinCEN, OFAC, MTL/MSB requirements, manage outside counsel, build scalable legal templates and playbooks, advise on AI and data protection obligations, and support People & HR matters across the US, Brazil, and Mexico.

Lead and build Tensec's operational backbone: design treasury orchestration, manage vendor networks, advise product/legal on onboarding, ensure AI governance, enable US market entry, and provide cross-functional operational leadership and dashboards.

Manage a portfolio of B2B partners (trading houses, freight forwarders, shelter operators), drive TPV growth, identify upsell opportunities, translate partner needs into product input, lead discovery and proposals, maintain CRM and forecasts, coordinate with compliance/treasury/ops, and contribute to onboarding/playbooks.

Lead go-to-market for Tensec's Mexico logistics corridor: prospect and close carriers, freight forwarders and traders to grow TPV; manage complex enterprise sales from pilot to activation; position cross-border payments and FX as quantified commercial savings; feed market and regulatory intelligence to product and compliance; partner on KYB and onboarding to move accounts live.

Own go-to-market for Brazil global logistics payments: win carriers, freight forwarders, and commodity traders; grow TPV; lead enterprise deals end-to-end; position FX and cross-border payment solutions; feed market insights to product and compliance; drive compliant onboarding and activation.

Design and build the outbound and sales execution systems for GTM in Brazil and Mexico: list generation, scoring, sending infrastructure, deliverability, sales briefs, call transcription-to-records, internal automation, and revenue data modeling. Partner with growth, engineering, country teams, and compliance to choose build vs. buy and own production-grade ML and automation for revenue workflows.

Design and build the outbound and sales execution systems for Brazil and Mexico: list generation, scoring, sending/sequencing, CRM integrations, inbox deliverability, call transcript-driven workflows, and the revenue data model.
