Build and scale People Operations across the US, Brazil, and Mexico by owning onboarding, policies, HRIS configuration, workflow automation, employee support, benefits enrollment, leave administration, compliance, and HR data accuracy. Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Recruiting to standardize processes, reduce manual work, and support compensation, performance, and organizational changes.

Design, build, and ship full-stack fintech features end-to-end. Work on cross-border payments, compliance automation, AI-enabled financial systems, stablecoin integrations, resilient infrastructure, and UX. Collaborate with product and design, prototype rapidly, harden solutions, maintain CI/CD and monitoring, and resolve production issues.

Execute and monitor B2B foreign exchange transactions, reviewing contracts, settlements, rates, and closings for accuracy and regulatory compliance. Support KYC/KYB processes, coordinate with banks and internal teams to resolve issues, monitor FX markets, and improve or automate operational processes. This hybrid role requires working three days weekly in the São Paulo office.
