Manages hospital supply and equipment inventory, including par levels, stock rotation, physical inventories, overstock returns, and obsolete-item documentation. Coordinates requisitioning, ordering, distribution, and specialty equipment needs. Maintains implant logs, enters patient charges, communicates implant charges to the Business Office, and supports Materials Management programs and activities.

Plans and performs operational, financial, IT, compliance, and internal control audits. Prepares audit programs, conducts fieldwork, evaluates findings, recommends process improvements, performs remediation follow-up, and communicates results to management and the Audit Committee. The role also maintains audit quality standards, promotes best practices, and supports risk reduction across the organization.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the recruitment team: screen applications, review eligibility, process new-hire paperwork, schedule and communicate with candidates, support recruitment events, maintain departmental supplies and organized systems, and deliver internal/external customer service.
