Provide personnel administration support for regional HR processes: maintain accurate HR records, prepare contracts and reports, assist benefits and payroll administration, ensure time attendance accuracy, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.

Entry-level trainee role in a global manufacturing company. Rotate through departments to analyze and optimize production processes, design/implement manufacturing practices, perform data and cost analyses, support equipment and production projects, ensure machine performance, and follow HSE procedures.
