Support Industrial & Automotive Business Unit by analyzing market dynamics, monitoring customers and competitors, and delivering data-driven reports and recommendations. Collaborate with BU management on planning, forecasting, pricing, and profit analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Rotate through departments to analyze and optimize production processes, design/implement manufacturing practices, perform data and cost analyses, support equipment and production projects, ensure machine performance, and follow HSE procedures. Structured 2-year program with training and international induction.

Prepare production programs by estimating needs, analyzing plant capacity and constraints, coordinate with production teams, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and analyze inputs to optimize equipment operation.

Design, implement, and evaluate community education and development programs; build partnerships with institutions and NGOs; lead partner development plans; conduct community diagnostics; run volunteering and Tenaris University initiatives; and ensure accurate reporting of program data.
