Entry-level trainee role in a global manufacturing company. Rotate through departments to analyze and optimize production processes, design/implement manufacturing practices, perform data and cost analyses, support equipment and production projects, ensure machine performance, and follow HSE procedures. Structured 2-year program with training and international induction.

Perform preliminary strategic analysis for RFQs, assess delivery allocation, product/logistics costs, tax, HSE and credit issues; prepare business proposals under supervision; manage offer and order acceptance processes and register transactions in Dynamics/SAP; produce reports using Excel and collaborate with global teams.

Prepare production programs by estimating needs, analyzing plant capacity and constraints, coordinate with production teams, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and analyze inputs to optimize equipment operation.
