Lead end-to-end user research across Tempo's product portfolio, run studies in early access/beta/design partner programs, synthesize findings, partner with Design and Product, use AI to accelerate analysis, report to stakeholders, and help define research strategy and operations.

Develop server-side applications using Kotlin and Java, collaborate with teams to enhance Atlassian plugins, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews.

Full‑stack software development for Tempo flagship products: implement frontend and backend features, write tests, review code, design APIs, optimize performance and scalability, work with product, design, QA, and docs teams, and operate in a remote, collaborative environment using cloud and Kubernetes.

Develop and maintain server-side components for Tempo's flagship Jira Cloud products using Kotlin/Java. Design scalable distributed systems and APIs, write unit/integration/performance tests, optimize performance and database queries, collaborate with product, design, QA and docs teams, and contribute to code reviews with a focus on security, UX, and maintainability.

Plan and execute manual functional, regression, exploratory, compatibility, performance, integration, and system-level testing for a Jira/Confluence-integrated web product. Triage issues, communicate with cross-functional teams, and support release and iteration planning to maintain high-quality software delivery.

The Senior Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data foundations for corporate reporting, translating business requirements into data models, ensuring consistent metric definitions and investigating data discrepancies for reliable reporting.

Design and maintain infrastructure, create CI/CD pipelines, deploy projects on AWS, automate processes, monitor performance, and participate in on-call support.

Lead end-to-end program management for large cross-functional product initiatives, drive alignment across teams, track readiness and adoption, surface risks, report to leadership, run post-launch retrospectives, and apply AI tools to streamline program execution.

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll provide pre-sales technical support, deliver product demonstrations, and foster customer relationships for Tempo's SPM solutions across the APAC region, focusing on value-based SaaS sales and AI-driven capabilities.

Plan and execute manual functional, regression, exploratory, compatibility, integration, performance and security testing for a web application (Structure for Jira). Triage issues, communicate with PMs, designers, developers, and document tests and checklists.
