Drive new and expansion enterprise sales for Tempo's Atlassian-integrated products. Qualify opportunities, build pipeline, partner with solutions partners and pre-sales, negotiate contracts, manage accounts in Salesforce, and expand product adoption across large customers while supporting pricing, go-to-market, and customer success.

Design, implement, and maintain stable, highly available infrastructure. Build and support CI/CD pipelines, deploy enterprise projects on AWS, automate build/release and monitoring, troubleshoot performance, participate in on-call rotation, and ensure security and compliance while collaborating across teams.

Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy across activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Build the growth roadmap, align cross-functional partners, run A/B and multivariate experiments, combine qualitative and quantitative insights, improve trial-to-paid and renewals, and use AI to personalize lifecycle experiences that move ARR.
