Build and ship production AI systems for enterprise portfolio and planning workflows. Develop anomaly and signal detection, LLM-powered insight synthesis, natural-language planning rule translation, evaluation frameworks, and MCP tools. Partner with external AI providers initially, then establish internal standards for prompt design, model selection, agent architecture, reliability, and evaluation. Collaborate closely with product, design, and domain engineering teams.

Own inbound and outbound business development across EMEA, targeting mid-market accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. Research accounts, map stakeholders, generate and qualify opportunities, support events, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and partner with Account Executives. The role requires B2B SaaS outbound experience, strong communication, self-direction, accountability, and familiarity with sales engagement, data enrichment, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.

Manage one or two engineering teams to deliver high-quality software in an AI-augmented development environment. Own team delivery, productivity, planning, capacity, hiring, coaching, performance reviews, career development, process improvements, stakeholder communication, and cross-team coordination to align outcomes with product and business priorities.
