Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT), conduct audits/inspections, investigate incidents, develop policies and training, track KPIs, support cross-functional teams, manage workers' comp and post-accident processes, and travel occasionally to other sites.

Site financial leader for a Lansing manufacturing facility responsible for cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, inventory controls, month-/year-end close, operational performance reporting, business case and NPD costing, and ad-hoc financial analysis supporting senior management.

Lead discovery, mapping, and remediation of broken or missing business processes. Conduct process audits, build current- and future-state maps, implement tools and SOPs, drive adoption, measure outcomes, and partner cross-functionally to reduce waste and risk.

Design, develop, and commission custom automation and manufacturing equipment. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, perform mechanical analysis, support commissioning, troubleshoot on the plant floor, and drive continuous improvement to improve reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

Lead functional design and end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central: gather requirements, configure finance and supply chain modules, perform fit-gap analysis, support data migration, lead testing and training, validate integrations with developers, and manage stakeholder communication to ensure adoption and compliance.

Own and manage the cross-functional project portfolio: maintain master tracker, report project health and risks, run steering and update meetings, translate strategy into workplans, coordinate stakeholders, drive PM tool adoption, and run post-mortems.
