Lead site-level cost accounting and manufacturing finance activities including variance analysis, inventory control, forecasting, month- and year-end close, cost modeling, operational performance reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Design, develop, and commission custom automation and manufacturing equipment. Create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, perform mechanical analysis, support commissioning, troubleshoot on the plant floor, and drive continuous improvement to improve reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

Lead functional design and end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central: gather requirements, configure finance and supply chain modules, perform fit-gap analysis, support data migration, lead testing and training, validate integrations with developers, and manage stakeholder communication to ensure adoption and compliance.

Own and manage the cross-functional project portfolio: maintain master tracker, report project health and risks, run steering and update meetings, translate strategy into workplans, coordinate stakeholders, drive PM tool adoption, and run post-mortems.

Hands-on engineer responsible for on-site execution of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of industrial equipment. Supervise contractors, validate work against drawings, manage progress reporting, enforce safety and quality, and support maintenance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across projects.
