Lead TemperPack's life sciences sales strategy: build pipeline, develop value propositions and TCO models, manage complex solution selling, close deals, collaborate cross-functionally, represent company at events, and drive customer relationships and product adoption.

Design, test, deploy and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. Lead experiments, collect and analyze data, write SOPs, train operations, support commissioning, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call night support.

Manage day-to-day office and facilities across Richmond locations, coordinate vendors and supplies, plan internal and external events, support meetings and visitors, oversee print/mail operations, and champion employee experience and office standards.
