Hands-on engineer responsible for on-site execution of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing of industrial equipment. Supervise contractors, validate work against drawings, manage progress reporting, enforce safety and quality, and support maintenance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across projects.

Design, test, deploy and improve manufacturing processes and equipment. Lead experiments, collect and analyze data, write SOPs, train operations, support commissioning, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in on-call night support.

Lead site-level cost accounting and manufacturing finance activities including variance analysis, inventory control, forecasting, month- and year-end close, cost modeling, operational performance reporting, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Partner with manufacturing teams to drive profitability, develop business cases and NPD costing, and provide actionable insights and dashboards to senior leadership.
