Oversee overnight staging and next-day delivery operations, manage inventory and supplies, prepare manifests and ensure dispatch readiness, train and onboard staff, collaborate with routing and driver managers, review payroll discrepancies, and monitor inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL sites to meet on-time delivery, safety, productivity, and employee engagement goals.

Support BI, data engineering, automation, and software teams by preparing and validating data, building and testing dashboards, documenting sources and processes, monitoring pipelines, testing applications, tracking bugs, supporting UAT, and assisting with automation, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

Serve as a field HR advisor driving engagement, talent development, employee relations, compliance, and change management across multiple locations. Conduct site visits, investigations, and deliver HR programs; partner with leaders and cross-functional HR teams to use data, mitigate legal risk, and improve organizational effectiveness.

Manage daily 3PL delivery and warehouse operations, support drivers and customer service, optimize routing and schedules, onboard staff, handle payroll discrepancies, and track logistics metrics and waste management.

Lead daily direct-from-store delivery operations, support drivers and office teams, manage routing/dispatch and DOT compliance, resolve exceptions and claims, oversee inventory/staging, train and coach drivers, review payroll and documentation, and partner with leadership to optimize service and employee experience.

Manage daily delivery and customer service operations including routing, dispatch, scheduling, onboarding, inventory and supply management, payroll review, 3PL coordination, and operational reporting to meet on-time delivery, safety, and productivity goals.

Serve as a trusted HR advisor across the Pacific Northwest, conducting frequent site visits, handling employee relations and investigations, driving engagement and development initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, partnering with leadership and cross-functional HR teams, and using HR data to inform decisions.
