Schedule and dispatch drivers and technicians, plan and optimize daily delivery routes using routing software, monitor driver progress, communicate with drivers/customers/vendors, prepare and submit daily paperwork, and identify process improvements to ensure efficient final-mile delivery operations.

Oversee overnight staging and next-day delivery operations, manage inventory and supplies, prepare manifests and ensure dispatch readiness, train and onboard staff, collaborate with routing and driver managers, review payroll discrepancies, and monitor inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL sites to meet on-time delivery, safety, productivity, and employee engagement goals.
