Oversee overnight staging and next-day delivery operations, manage inventory and supplies, prepare manifests and ensure dispatch readiness, train and onboard staff, collaborate with routing and driver managers, review payroll discrepancies, and monitor inbound/outbound logistics at 3PL sites to meet on-time delivery, safety, productivity, and employee engagement goals.

Support BI, data engineering, automation, and software teams by preparing and validating data, building and testing dashboards, documenting sources and processes, monitoring pipelines, testing applications, tracking bugs, supporting UAT, and assisting with automation, reporting, and cross-team coordination.

Provide hands-on HR support across multi-site field operations: advise managers, handle employee relations and investigations, drive engagement and retention initiatives, use HR data to inform actions, and travel frequently to support business units.
