Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial close, variance analysis, operational performance reporting, dashboard development, and financial modeling. Partners with finance and operations teams to identify trends, risks, profitability drivers, and improvement opportunities. Evaluates business initiatives, pricing strategies, capital investments, and process changes while translating complex data into actionable insights for site leaders and executives.

Manage daily delivery operations, including route monitoring, dispatch, driver support, delivery exception resolution, compliance, scheduling, payroll review, claims, staging, inventory support, and reporting. Lead driver and technician onboarding, training, performance management, and engagement while partnering with leadership, HR, safety, and operations teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Provides executive administrative support to the President, CFO, and CHRO by managing calendars, correspondence, expenses, budgets, reports, meetings, events, projects, and domestic and international travel. Coordinates follow-up activities, handles confidential information, supports officer direct reports, and exercises sound judgment while managing competing priorities. The role is remote but requires residence in the Atlanta area and less than 10% overnight travel.
