Serves as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees across the PacSouth territory. Drives employee engagement, talent development, change management, employee relations investigations, policy compliance, and HR initiatives. Uses workforce metrics to inform decisions, partners with cross-functional HR teams, and ensures compliance with employment laws while mitigating organizational risk. Requires extensive travel throughout California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Supports the HR Business Partner across multiple sites and high-volume operational environments. Advises managers on employee relations, conducts investigations, supports performance management, coaches employees, and maintains legal and regulatory compliance. Leads engagement and retention initiatives, analyzes HR data, facilitates meetings, and promotes positive workplace relationships. Requires extensive travel throughout the assigned territory, strong communication and organizational skills, autonomy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Coordinates workers’ compensation claims and supports injured employees from workplace injury through return-to-work. Responsibilities include employee outreach, claim documentation, cross-functional coordination with Operations, Payroll, HR, Safety, and claims partners, modified duty and transitional employment coordination, tracking restrictions and follow-ups, issue escalation, claim reviews, training, and process improvement.
