Manage daily delivery and logistics operations, including routing, dispatch readiness, driver and customer service support, scheduling, delivery exception resolution, payroll review, inventory and supply management, and 3PL inbound and outbound logistics. Monitor compliance, safety, productivity, delivery performance, fleet costs, recycling, and waste while training team members and preparing operational reports.

Manage daily 3PL delivery operations, including routing, dispatch readiness, scheduling, delivery exception resolution, driver and customer service support, team onboarding, payroll discrepancy review, inventory and supply tracking, and inbound/outbound logistics. Monitor compliance, delivery performance, productivity, safety, fleet costs, and driver satisfaction while preparing operational reports and recommending process improvements.

Operate a 26-foot box truck on local multi-stop routes, load and deliver household appliances, and complete basic appliance installations. Safely use dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools; connect basic plumbing and electrical components; document deliveries using mobile devices; provide customer service; and perform vehicle inspections while following DOT and company safety requirements.
