Owns general ledger, monthly close, financial reporting, balance sheet quality, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity finance across US, UK, and merchandise entities. Responsibilities include localization support, leak reporting and removal, recurring workflow coordination, issue escalation, and temporary coverage for the existing Community Manager. The role requires creativity, organization, strong writing, platform adaptability, and independent collaboration.

Edit long-form, documentary-style YouTube videos focusing on storytelling, pacing, and retention. Integrate pre-rendered 3D, archival/stock footage, motion graphics, and color-correct footage. Perform basic sound design and audio cleanup, collaborate with directors, and deliver polished edits on tight deadlines.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO, Creative Director, and Chief of Staff; manage communications, calendar, travel, and inbox triage; coordinate projects, meetings, and stakeholder follow-ups; conduct research and support strategic and brand initiatives; oversee execution of tasks and ensure timely completion across creative and operational teams.

Translate and localize English scripts into natural French, then record clear, engaging voiceovers with appropriate pronunciation, pacing, tone, and character delivery. Develop new formats, analyze performance data to iterate, and build a scalable Shorts production team focused on audience growth and content optimization.

Write one long-form YouTube script per month focused on documentary-style and historical topics. Conduct thorough research, craft engaging narratives with strong hooks and pacing, collaborate with producers and researchers, revise based on feedback, and follow copyright and brand guidelines.

Partner with the Creative Director to translate vision into execution: coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, remove bottlenecks, build systems and processes, and drive business growth and IP expansion across partnerships, licensing, games, consumer products, and education.
