Write at least two long-form YouTube scripts monthly, plus occasional Shorts, for Mr. Spherical’s animated history, geopolitics, and world-events videos. Responsibilities include pitching ideas, researching and fact-checking topics, writing comedic character-driven scenes, optimizing pacing and viewer retention, and revising scripts based on Creative Director feedback. The role requires meeting deadlines and creating engaging stories that balance entertainment with accurate education.

Owns general ledger, monthly close, financial reporting, balance sheet quality, intercompany accounting, and multi-entity finance across US, UK, and merchandise entities. Leads FP&A activities including cost allocation, variance and cash-flow analysis, channel P&Ls, and profitability insights. Requires strong Xero, spreadsheet modeling, investigative accounting, and communication skills.

Serve as a strategic operational partner to three founders by coordinating priorities, stakeholders, projects, and production timelines. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, workflows, and accountability across creative, production, operations, leadership, and external partners. Build documentation and operating systems, remove bottlenecks, protect founder time, and support growth opportunities including partnerships, products, distribution, and monetization initiatives.
