Lead creative direction and production of SolarBalls YouTube Shorts from concept to publication. Direct animated short-form storytelling, pacing, visual comedy, and collaboration with animators, editors, and designers. Develop new formats, analyze performance data to iterate, and build a scalable Shorts production team focused on audience growth and content optimization.

Serve as a strategic partner to the General Manager, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, leading special projects, building operational systems and SOPs, tracking priorities, preparing executive materials, identifying risks, and driving alignment and execution across teams in a fast-moving environment.
