Drive architecture, automation (Terraform, IaC), GitOps CI/CD, observability, security, and customer private-cloud deployments. Mentor junior engineers, manage incidents, and improve reliability, performance, and deployment lifecycle across multi-cloud environments.

Lead AI-native product efforts for agentic analytics: define and ship features across conversational analytics, AI-generated interfaces, onboarding automation, cross-platform and vertical intelligence. Work with engineers, design trust and governance, run evaluation frameworks, and measure real-world decision outcomes. Engage directly with enterprise users, iterate quickly, and prioritize impact over output.

The Solutions Engineer supports the sales process with technical expertise, engaging in product demos and post-sales project delivery while managing client relationships.
