Drive RFI/RFP responses, CONOPS, white papers, and customer engagements; translate operational requirements into secure, deployable satellite and RF architectures; align Product and Engineering to customer needs; support proposal development, risk mitigation, and post-deployment support while representing Telesat to military and government stakeholders.

Collaborates with antenna vendors, modem teams, RF engineers, and distributed engineering groups.

Provide technical support for in-orbit satellite subsystem operations, flight dynamics, and satellite control systems. Support integration, testing, validation, automation, procedures, SOC CONOPS, telemetry trending, training, and engineering oversight of satellite controllers to maximize fleet health and availability.

Evaluate and evolve Lightspeed system architectures, perform system-level trade studies, collect requirements, define ConOps, support performance evaluations and validation, develop technical documentation, and present technical findings to stakeholders.
