Leads enterprise PMO governance, integrated schedules and budgets, program controls, portfolio reporting, risk management, executive decision support, and cross-segment coordination for complex telecommunications and space programs. Builds and matures PMO frameworks, methodologies, processes, and teams while driving consistent planning, reporting, and performance management across engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, and mission assurance organizations.

Leads advanced product and solution engagements for Telesat Lightspeed across commercial and defense segments. Translates complex customer and partner requests into scalable product customizations, new features, integrations, and offerings. Develops technical content, supports advanced customer issues, estimates customization costs, and contributes to special projects. Works cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Solutions, Operations, and ecosystem partners.

Leads the Test Engineering team and oversees QA, release management, production deployments, and operational support for telecommunications applications and platforms. Defines testing and release strategies, coordinates cross-functional schedules, manages quality metrics, improves automation and deployment pipelines, and presents risks and performance trends to stakeholders. Requires expertise in telecom BSS transformations, integrations, cloud testing environments, scripting, Linux, Agile, and DevOps. The role may include after-hours deployments and requires eligibility for Canadian Controlled Goods Program clearance.
