Teleport Benefits Overview

Build and run Teleport’s India People function across multiple offices and operations sites. Advise managers on employee relations, performance, talent, grievances, disciplinary matters, and exits. Own the employee lifecycle, POSH compliance, holiday and attendance policies, statutory compliance across multiple states, payroll and HRIS reconciliation, Labour Codes transition, and contingent workforce obligations. The role requires strong documentation, judgment, Hindi and English fluency, and regular travel to operational locations.

Provide privacy, data protection, commercial, regulatory, governance, and compliance legal support across Malaysia, Singapore, and other Southeast Asian jurisdictions. Draft and negotiate contracts, advise on cross-border data transfers and privacy matters, support incident response and regulatory engagements, and partner with business and technology teams on privacy-by-design. Assist with governance processes, legal operations, policies, training, and process improvements in a fast-growing logistics environment.

Lead industry-focused communications to raise Teleport's brand and executive profiles. Develop messaging frameworks, craft keynote and thought-leadership content, coach spokespeople, curate platforms, coordinate cross-functional awareness campaigns, and design crisis communication policy and playbooks. Own execution, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
