Leads air cargo pricing, yield forecasting, revenue integrity, surcharge management, rate updates, and market benchmarking. Manages pricing staff, audits Air Waybills, corrects rating errors, coordinates with finance and technology teams, and aligns costs with charges to protect margins. The role also develops pricing strategies, improves forecasting and reporting systems, and ensures accurate contractual, published, and market rates.

Lead and build a pricing team to manage air cargo pricing, yield forecasting, AWB audits, surcharge management, and rate lifecycle updates. Drive revenue integrity, implement corrective pricing, sync costs to charges, benchmark market rates, and collaborate with finance, tech, and product teams to automate reporting and protect margins.
