Support audits and the Finance Manager with financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc projects. Maintain balance sheet schedules, perform daily bank reconciliations, monitor AR collections, coordinate invoicing and tax filings, verify vendor invoices and AP, prepare payment proposals, update cash books and cash flow projections, manage ERP master data and finance administration, and support tax administration (Coretax, WHT, VAT).

Assist in business development by identifying new market opportunities, coordinating pre-sales activities, presenting solutions, and negotiating profitable agreements across teams.

The Visual Designer will create and produce visual assets tailored for the China market, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance, while collaborating with marketing teams.
