Leads the autonomy organization and owns the end-to-end autonomy stack for heavy construction equipment. Responsibilities include architecture, perception, planning, controls, simulation, learning-based autonomy, MLOps, fleet coordination, safety cases, field deployment, roadmap development, hiring, and team management. The role requires hands-on robotics software expertise, physical-vehicle deployment experience, embedded ML deployment, and leadership across multiple autonomy disciplines.

Lead the transition from hand-tuned MPC to learning-driven control policies, design and integrate learning-based controllers, define interfaces with classical control, validate policies, and ensure safe real-vehicle deployment.

Own and professionalize Teleo's full-stack platform: consolidate internal and customer-facing apps, build backend services (Python/Node.js on AWS), develop React/TypeScript frontends, enforce API/CI/CD standards, manage IaC, and integrate with hardware via REST and WebSockets.

Lead Teleo's commercial strategy and GTM: build and scale sales, BD, partnerships, and dealer ecosystem; drive enterprise deals across construction, mining, ports, and industrial customers; align product, pricing, and operations to customer needs while representing the company to partners and investors.
