Teams at Teleo

As a Software Support Engineer, you will support Teleo's autonomous heavy machinery by assisting teams with deployments, reporting issues, collaborating with engineers, and ensuring system reliability.

Lead the transition from hand-tuned MPC to learning-driven control policies, design and integrate learning-based controllers, define interfaces with classical control, validate policies, and ensure safe real-vehicle deployment.

Own and professionalize Teleo's full-stack platform: consolidate internal and customer-facing apps, build backend services (Python/Node.js on AWS), develop React/TypeScript frontends, enforce API/CI/CD standards, manage IaC, and integrate with hardware via REST and WebSockets.
