Leads the enterprise PMO and customer implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live. Establishes governance, stage gates, risk controls, escalation protocols, playbooks, reporting standards, and launch-readiness criteria across multiple operating companies. Oversees strategic initiatives, technical program risks, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and transition to steady state. Directly manages Implementation PMs while providing functional leadership and mentorship to broader project management teams.

Coordinates customer order processing, inventory availability, shipments, returns, replacements, quotes, and delivery issue resolution. Works with customers, logistics, inventory, assembly, shipping, IT, and suppliers to meet delivery objectives. Reviews MRP exceptions, resolves invoice issues, prepares sales and shipment reports, and leads improvements to prevent late deliveries. Provides backup support across programs and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Leads IT production support for ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms. Manages application support staff, system availability, SLAs, incident response, vendors, change control, monitoring, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with infrastructure, implementation, PMO, and business stakeholders while advancing AI, integration, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. The role includes direct reports, limited travel, and occasional nights or weekends for operational support.

Provides client, vendor, and internal support throughout the IT asset disposition lifecycle. Coordinates pickups and shipments, tracks asset movement, maintains CRM and project records, reviews manifests and reports, reconciles discrepancies, supports invoicing and payment tracking, manages communications, and monitors workflows. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication, basic financial processing skills, and familiarity with Salesforce, Cirrus, or Veridy. This is an onsite, non-travel position in Columbus, Ohio.
