Leads the enterprise PMO and customer implementation lifecycle from contract signature through go-live. Establishes governance, stage gates, risk controls, escalation protocols, playbooks, reporting standards, and launch-readiness criteria across multiple operating companies. Oversees strategic initiatives, technical program risks, cross-functional coordination, executive reporting, and transition to steady state. Directly manages Implementation PMs while providing functional leadership and mentorship to broader project management teams.

Coordinates customer order processing, inventory availability, shipments, returns, replacements, quotes, and delivery issue resolution. Works with customers, logistics, inventory, assembly, shipping, IT, and suppliers to meet delivery objectives. Reviews MRP exceptions, resolves invoice issues, prepares sales and shipment reports, and leads improvements to prevent late deliveries. Provides backup support across programs and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
