Coordinates customer order processing, inventory availability, shipments, returns, replacements, quotes, and delivery issue resolution. Works with customers, logistics, inventory, assembly, shipping, IT, and suppliers to meet delivery objectives. Reviews MRP exceptions, resolves invoice issues, prepares sales and shipment reports, and leads improvements to prevent late deliveries. Provides backup support across programs and maintains strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.

Leads IT production support for ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms. Manages application support staff, system availability, SLAs, incident response, vendors, change control, monitoring, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement. Partners with infrastructure, implementation, PMO, and business stakeholders while advancing AI, integration, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence capabilities. The role includes direct reports, limited travel, and occasional nights or weekends for operational support.

Executes marketing campaigns, social media content, internal communications, graphic design, and video production. Manages LinkedIn and other social channels, creates branded collateral and short-form videos, supports trade shows and events, coordinates marketing requests, maintains brand asset libraries, and tracks project workflows. Partners with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery, and efficient use of marketing tools.
