Provides internal IT support across hardware, systems, networking, security, and employee technology training. Responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining equipment, administering company-wide systems, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, training staff on security practices, and supporting network infrastructure such as switches, cabling, access points, and server rooms.

The Software Developer will build and maintain software solutions, collaborating across departments, troubleshooting, and implementing updates with a focus on full-stack development and automation.

Provide support to end users by answering questions, processing orders, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Tekton products.
