TekSynap is collecting interest from information technology professionals for current and future FBI contract roles, including junior network engineers, network engineers, system administrators, circuit analysts, network configuration analysts, and wireless engineers. Provides technical and administrative support for NOAA electronic and physical records management. Responsibilities include digitization, scanning, indexing, metadata capture, classification, system configuration, help desk support, troubleshooting, records migration, quality assurance, retention and disposition activities, documentation, user training, workflow improvement, and compliance support. The role coordinates with NOAA personnel, IT teams, contractors, and records management staff while safeguarding sensitive information and meeting operational requirements.

Administer Microsoft 365, Azure Government, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and hybrid Windows/Linux environments. Manage permissions, configurations, service health, workflows, reporting, documentation, incidents, change requests, security assessments, audit evidence, and compliance activities. Develop and support Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions, troubleshoot moderately complex infrastructure issues, and collaborate with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams in a federal environment.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow SAM and ITAM solutions, including software asset lifecycle automation, entitlement and compliance models, integrations, data ingestion, dashboards, and custom applications. Configure and script across the ServiceNow platform, optimize CMDB and asset data, perform testing and deployments, support upgrades, and document technical solutions. Collaborate with architects, procurement, IT asset managers, and ITIL stakeholders while mentoring team members and supporting Air Force ITSM modernization.

Administer DLA SecureView infrastructure and endpoints across classified networks, providing Tier 1–3 support, VPN and connectivity troubleshooting, endpoint configuration, infrastructure integration, and 24x7 on-call coverage. Maintain RMF artifacts and IAVM/STIG compliance, support inspections, update architecture and asset records, coordinate with government, security, network, and vendor teams, and track incidents and changes through ServiceNow.

Conduct Linux security assessments for STIG compliance, perform ACAS vulnerability scans, validate remediation, and evaluate Tanium, Trellix, Docker, and Kubernetes security configurations. Support STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, ATO documentation, and DTRA cybersecurity inspections. Develop assessment reports with prioritized remediation recommendations while supporting secure DoD environments.

Administer VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, enterprise storage, backup, networking, PKI, and Linux environments. Implement DISA STIGs, conduct vulnerability scans, remediate POA&Ms, patch systems, support RMF assessments, and maintain security baselines and documentation. Provide hardware support, monitoring, technology refresh assistance, and IT lifecycle support in a federal environment.

Manages FDIC infrastructure service delivery, contract execution, client relationships, IT demand planning, contractor resources, incident response, risk management, governance, performance reporting, and continuous improvement. Serves as the contractor’s delivery authority and primary client liaison, ensuring services meet contract requirements and business goals.

Oversee unified communications team leads and service delivery across telephony, video conferencing, audio conferencing, and collaboration services. Manage infrastructure configuration, maintenance, access controls, database separation, preventive device maintenance, and coordination with FDIC on network design and technologies. Support federal contract requirements, ensure service performance, and provide technical leadership to agents and supervisors.

Serve as the Microsoft 365 subject matter expert, providing advanced user support, executive assistance, training, collaboration platform administration, Power BI dashboards, Excel analytics, project reporting, workflow modernization, document management, and business process improvement. Administer SharePoint Online and OneDrive, create knowledge resources, and partner with service desk, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to improve technology adoption and organizational efficiency.

Leads network engineers and provides expert hands-on support for enterprise network infrastructure serving the FDIC. Responsibilities include designing and troubleshooting complex architectures, configuring network and security devices, monitoring performance, backing up configurations, analyzing network traces, addressing security findings, and collaborating with application teams. The role requires extensive networking, firewall, infrastructure, government-environment, and contractor-management experience, with availability for occasional off-hours work.

Leads enterprise network architecture and network team activities, designing complex on-premises and cloud infrastructure. Develops technology roadmaps, improves availability and security, implements automation and DevOps practices, and troubleshoots network issues. Requires expert knowledge of routing, switching, SDN, SD-WAN, firewalls, BGP, IPv6, virtualization, and major networking platforms, plus an active CCIE certification. The hybrid role is based in Silver Spring, Maryland, with occasional travel to West Virginia and Colorado.

Provides on-site Tier 2–3 network engineering support for a federal customer. Responsibilities include installing and integrating infrastructure, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting incidents, maintaining WAN, LAN, cloud, firewall, and remote-access environments, supporting cybersecurity investigations, managing configurations and changes, documenting SOPs, and assisting with cloud services and vulnerability remediation. Requires an active Secret clearance, Security+ certification, and 1–4 years of network engineering experience.

Manages cybersecurity risk, compliance, and authorization activities for DoD information systems. Leads RMF execution, security assessments, vulnerability management, SSP and ATO package development, continuous monitoring, and eMASS documentation. Advises system owners and leadership, coordinates with authorizing officials and assessors, hardens Linux systems, tracks POA&Ms, and mentors ISSOs and ISSEs.

Designs, configures, integrates, tests, documents, and supports secure CSfC network solutions for classified DoD environments. Responsibilities include PKI and certificate authority configuration, firewall and VPN deployment, network engineering, systems integration, DoD STIG and IAVA compliance, onsite installation and training, Tier 2/3 outage support, and vendor coordination. Requires an active Secret clearance, IAT II certification, professional network certification, U.S. citizenship, and at least three years of network engineering experience.

Develops and reviews cybersecurity policies for government programs, ensuring alignment with Department of Defense requirements and operational needs. Provides technical guidance on IT policies, standards, procedures, and security controls; consolidates policy materials with government approval; and briefs senior management on cybersecurity updates and progress. The role requires seven years of cybersecurity policy experience, a qualifying CSSP Analyst certification, U.S. citizenship, and Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Engineer and sustain enterprise Elastic Security platforms across multiple network enclaves, including migration from Splunk, ingest pipelines, cluster performance, secure access controls, dashboards, detections, and integrations. Support classified and air-gapped environments, testing, cutover, documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer. The role requires customer collaboration, DoD cybersecurity experience, an active Secret clearance, and occasional travel to Fort Belvoir.

Coordinates activities across 12 program areas, monitors deliverables, performs quality control, supports project management, prepares communications and reports, assists with employee onboarding and offboarding, and reviews financial files for accuracy. The role is remote, supports federal government customers, requires a bachelor’s degree, five or more years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance.

The ISSO coordinates RMF authorization and reauthorization activities, guides system owners on data categorization, eMASS and DITPR registration, security controls, and compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing security plans, managing POA&Ms, assessing risk acceptance, conducting ACAS and SCAP scans, reviewing STIGs, performing vulnerability analysis, supporting continuous monitoring, and writing SSPs. The role requires extensive Microsoft technical experience, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, DoD 8570 IAM certification, a bachelor’s degree, and at least 10 years of experience.

Supports Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) cybersecurity programs for DoD customers. Responsibilities include preparing NSA registration artifacts, reviewing audit logs, monitoring RMF packages, assessing systems against DoD STIG and compliance requirements, documenting incidents, recommending risk mitigations, and supporting security testing and cross-domain solution requirements. The role requires active Top Secret clearance, significant cybersecurity experience, DoD 8140 certification, and a computing environment certification.
