Designs, develops, tests, deploys, integrates, and maintains secure software applications supporting COMSEC mission operations. Applies security controls throughout the development lifecycle and collaborates with engineering, database, cybersecurity, and operations teams in federal environments.

Leads the design, administration, optimization, security, and support of enterprise Oracle database infrastructure. Provides technical leadership to database administrators and engineers, manages performance tuning, monitoring, upgrades, patching, migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance. Oversees database projects, vendor relationships, documentation, training, and cross-functional collaboration. The role supports DLA federal infrastructure services and requires advanced Oracle expertise, project leadership, and an active Secret clearance with IT-I sensitivity.

Designs, develops, installs, and optimizes database management systems, including data modeling, relational architecture, metadata repositories, security, storage, access methods, and performance tuning. Provides technical consulting, defines database standards and controls, conducts data mapping and transformation analysis, and supports implementation. Coordinates classified infrastructure activities with government, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams while maintaining technical documentation and addressing risks, issues, and dependencies. The role requires senior-level expertise in mission-critical IT environments and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
