Partners with executive and plant leadership to improve profitability, manufacturing performance, working capital, and cash flow. Oversees forecasting, budgeting, audits, SOX compliance, financial reporting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and capital investments while developing the finance organization and driving continuous improvement.

Develop and scale multilayer lamination and other manufacturing processes from development through commercialization. Conduct and document process trials, analyze results, troubleshoot equipment and manufacturing issues, and communicate technical findings to project teams. The role also supports new product development, process implementation, equipment and tooling maintenance, and capital and expense budgeting. Work involves plastic materials, process equipment, tooling, technical documentation, and collaboration with engineering, suppliers, and business units.

Owns automation, controls, and plant-floor data systems for a manufacturing facility. Programs and troubleshoots PLCs and HMIs, develops Ignition SCADA applications, maintains databases and industrial networks, and supports control-system infrastructure. Leads equipment upgrades, retrofits, commissioning, and continuous-improvement projects focused on reliability, quality, safety, and OEE. The role also requires documentation, cross-functional collaboration, technician training, and occasional production support outside normal hours.

Leads new product development and introduction projects by supervising engineers, coordinating resources, managing milestones, and ensuring customer, quality, safety, and production requirements are met. Oversees product design, testing, controlled documentation, manufacturing methods, metrics, root-cause analysis, equipment and automation evaluations, and process improvements. Requires engineering education, 5+ years of NPD experience, materials expertise, CAD/CAE proficiency, and engineering team management experience.

Leads applied material science innovation for fresh food packaging, advancing technologies from proof of concept through validation, scale-up, and commercialization. Manages material scientists, engineers, and lab technicians while guiding formulation development, experimental design, data analysis, technical validation, supplier investigations, and technology roadmaps. Partners with marketing, product management, operations, quality, procurement, and project management to ensure manufacturability, commercial relevance, and successful product launches.

Performs entry-level accounting activities under Controller supervision, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, monthly workpapers, transaction research, AP vendor GL coding, inventory cycle counts, budgeting, audit support, and fixed asset recordkeeping. The role requires knowledge of GAAP, strong analytical and mathematical skills, accurate documentation, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Manufacturing accounting experience and ERP knowledge are preferred or advantageous.

Lead category strategy and strategic sourcing for indirect functional spend (HR, IT, Marketing, Insurance, Professional Services). Manage a ~$60M global portfolio, drive cost savings, supplier consolidation, and risk mitigation. Own supplier relationships, contract compliance, procurement governance, stakeholder collaboration across functions and divisions, and track/ report value delivery into the central procurement pipeline.
