Coordinate Vent Department production scheduling and MRP transactions to meet customer commitments. Oversee production reporting, investigate discrepancies, train staff on MRP processes, assist inventories, monitor scrap trends, and collaborate with Production, QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning to resolve constraints and improve reporting accuracy.

Lead development and commercialization of flexible packaging and closure liner products. Manage design, costing, trials, scale-up, documentation, quality/regulatory compliance, cross-functional project execution, supplier evaluation, testing, and technology transfer to manufacturing.

Lead technical delivery of capital equipment, automation, and process-improvement projects from concept through commissioning. Develop technology roadmaps, equipment specs, vendor selection, FAT/SAT, operational readiness, and documentation while ensuring safety, reliability, maintainability, budget and schedule adherence. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and capture lessons learned.
