Identifies new applications and opportunities, manages global RFQs and agreements, provides market intelligence, and positions TekniPlex as a preferred strategic supplier.

Process Engineer responsible for improving manufacturing processes for laminated pharmaceutical and medical device packaging. Leads lean and continuous improvement initiatives, statistical process control, root cause analysis, equipment and process optimization, waste reduction, yield improvement, and small capital projects. Collaborates with operators, maintenance, quality, and cross-functional teams while supporting safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, trials, customer complaint prevention, and ERP workflow improvements.

Leads strategic and tactical procurement for manufacturing operations, including direct-material sourcing, supplier negotiations, cost optimization, supply continuity, risk mitigation, inventory improvement, and supplier performance management. Partners with global procurement and cross-functional teams, supports sourcing events and contracts, analyzes market and commodity trends, qualifies alternative suppliers, maintains procurement data, and tracks savings and performance metrics across approximately $40 million in annual spend.
