Manage design schedules, quality control, budgets, contract administration, stakeholder communication, regulatory compliance (NEPA/Section 106/etc.), construction coordination, site inspections, and use BIM/CAD and construction management software to deliver projects from conception through completion.

Support preconstruction pursuits by performing quantity takeoffs, soliciting and reviewing subcontractor bids, analyzing scope and pricing, preparing RFIs, maintaining COBs and estimates, and assisting with subcontract purchasing.

Drive regional sales growth by managing quoting, market analysis, client relationships, product development input, sales strategy execution, marketing collaboration, contract negotiation, training, performance analysis, compliance, and industry networking to expand market share in account package industries.

Senior Mechanical Engineer (PE) to serve as Engineer of Record for DOE Strategic Petroleum Reserve mechanical systems. Lead design of pumping, piping, tanks, HVAC, and pressure vessel systems; perform hydraulic calculations; ensure ASME/NFPA/UFC/DOE compliance; develop specifications and construction documents; coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts; provide construction-phase and field support. Occasional site travel to SPR facilities.
