Leads firm-wide QA/QC processes for architectural and AEC projects. Reviews drawings, documentation, and project deliverables for quality, building-code compliance, and industry standards. Identifies and resolves quality issues, improves processes, and trains architects, engineers, and project staff. Collaborates with principals, project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain consistent quality across projects.

Directs a small engineering team and oversees new product development, design, prototyping, testing, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. Provides technical and customer support, manages bills of materials in Epicor, and leads cross-functional engineering projects involving plastic, metal, and electromechanical products. Requires extensive product development and engineering management experience, strong SolidWorks and 3D CAD skills, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Develops and implements safety policies, conducts site inspections and hazard assessments, delivers OSHA and MSHA training, investigates accidents, maintains records, monitors safety metrics, and coordinates with operations, HR, employees, and customer safety teams across multiple job sites. The role requires extensive field work, travel, occupational safety experience, safety certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Leads municipal wastewater treatment projects from proposal through final delivery. Develops treatment concepts, designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, and project manuals; designs biological systems, piping, and pumps; coordinates with stakeholders; manages schedules; performs QC and PE reviews; and guides designers. The role requires independent technical judgment, client communication, and management of multiple projects. Industrial wastewater, contract/construction management, DBIA, and PMP experience are advantageous.
