Design and draft control systems and electrical schematics; consult with design originators and engineers to finalize concepts; produce electrical drafting and bills of materials. Requires a 2-year technical degree or at least two years' experience, plus strong organizational and communication skills.

Lead and develop the Inside Sales and Customer Service team to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and process improvements. Own customer engagement, onboarding, contract execution, KPI tracking, sales forecasting, and pipeline management. Collaborate with Outside Sales, Marketing, and Operations while maintaining a personal book of business. Based near Cerritos with occasional travel.

Own and operate the Failure Analysis lab to investigate customer-returned RF products. Perform hands-on RF/module-level testing, firmware flashing, root-cause isolation at PCB/component level, prepare FA reports, communicate with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive corrective actions and supplier quality activities.
