Manage industrial maintenance, shutdown, outage, and specialty projects from estimating through completion. Prepare bids, schedules, budgets, and manpower plans while coordinating customers, subcontractors, crews, equipment, and materials. Lead field work safely and on schedule, identify additional customer opportunities, mentor employees, and maintain OSHA and company safety compliance. The role requires hands-on industrial services experience, estimating expertise, blueprint and mechanical drawing interpretation, and willingness to support field crews.

Leads municipal wastewater treatment projects from proposal through final delivery. Develops treatment concepts, designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, and project manuals; designs biological systems, piping, and pumps; coordinates with stakeholders; manages schedules; performs QC and PE reviews; and guides designers. The role requires independent technical judgment, client communication, and management of multiple projects. Industrial wastewater, contract/construction management, DBIA, and PMP experience are advantageous.
