Support Account Executives with post-sale campaign implementation, maintenance, and reporting across broadcast and digital. Manage day-to-day client and agency interactions, track audience delivery and KPIs, coordinate contracts, order entry, and special projects, and identify opportunities to retain and grow client revenue while providing superior customer service.

Maintain, integrate, operate and support broadcast equipment for a central hub supporting air paths and OTT. Create wiring and system configuration documentation, troubleshoot signal and routing systems, keep current on broadcast technologies, perform physical installation and maintenance, and work a flexible 24x7 schedule.

Supervise and support 24/7 broadcast hub operations ensuring on-air integrity across multiple stations; manage staff scheduling, training and performance; maintain server/media systems; troubleshoot and resolve broadcast issues; create SOPs and assist with live on-air duties as needed.
