Leads advertising sales strategy and revenue performance across multiple markets and platforms. Oversees local sales leaders, develops revenue-growth strategies, strengthens advertiser relationships, drives solutions-based selling, manages forecasting and performance reporting, and builds leadership pipelines. Partners with digital sales, marketing, finance, and revenue operations to align execution, identify opportunities, improve sales effectiveness, and address performance gaps.

Leads TEGNA’s digital sales strategy and revenue growth across multiple markets. Oversees digital video, streaming/CTV, programmatic, and advertising solutions; strengthens sales capabilities through training, tools, and best practices; evaluates products and partnerships; establishes revenue goals, KPIs, forecasts, and performance reporting; and collaborates with sales, marketing, product, technology, and operations. Builds relationships with clients, agencies, and industry partners while driving integrated total-video sales execution.
