Lead end-to-end marketing strategy and execution to grow and diversify listeners for priority TED podcasts. Manage paid media budgets and organic social, optimize growth tools (cross-promos, PR, newsletters, web), translate performance data into actionable experiments, and coordinate across editorial, production, PR, analytics and external partners. Support portfolio launches, reporting, and stakeholder communications to deepen engagement and build long-term listener loyalty.

Develop high-concept visual designs and brand systems across digital and print for TED initiatives. Create identities, editorial artworks, event graphics, and marketing assets; manage print production and vendor handoffs; present concepts, incorporate feedback, and collaborate across the Brand Creative team to deliver polished, scalable design solutions.
