Supports end-to-end manufacturing and delivery flow by identifying risks, analyzing work orders, bottlenecks, WIP, capacity, and quality constraints, and coordinating cross-functional recovery actions. The role monitors shipment readiness, escalates unresolved issues, supports permanent flow improvements, and provides operational analysis for resource and priority decisions. It maintains a strong manufacturing-floor presence and collaborates with Operations, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering.

Leads cross-functional new product introduction, product transfer, capital, and cost-improvement programs from development through production. Plans schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and documentation; facilitates stage-gate reviews and team meetings; coordinates engineering, supply chain, quality, customers, and internal stakeholders; drives problem-solving, continuous improvement, consensus, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide Tier II technical support via phone, remote tools, or in person; troubleshoot complex issues; maintain network availability and security; install hardware/software; manage printers/scanners and backups; assist disaster recovery and internal audit; document IT systems and recommend process improvements.

Supports medical device product development from planning through launch. Develops concepts and prototypes, performs tolerance analysis, FEA, DOE, simulated-use testing, material testing, and design evaluations. Assists with process validation, manufacturability improvements, engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and design-control documentation. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, project teams, and suppliers while applying mechanical design, CAD, GD&T, quality standards, and process-development principles.

Leads manufacturing engineering projects and teams to improve productivity, reduce costs, optimize processes, and support product and process development. Responsibilities include manufacturing methods, tooling, equipment, layouts, CAPEX planning, quotations, resource planning, quality standards, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement. Requires advanced knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, metallurgy, automation, machining, fabrication, CAD/CAM, and GD&T. Travel is up to 10%.

Provides technical support by phone, remotely, and in person. Troubleshoots systems, installs hardware and software, supports networks and manufacturing integrations, maintains documentation, administers IT systems, improves processes, and helps ensure secure, continuously available computer and communication systems. The role also trains users and supports internal controls.

Prepares monthly journal entries, reconciles and analyzes balance sheet accounts, manages intercompany balances, oversees inventory cycle counts, supports audits, and contributes to accounting improvement initiatives and specialized projects across manufacturing sites.

Analyzes manufacturing standard and actual costs, variances, overhead, inventory, margins, and operational expenses. Partners with production, engineering, supply chain, quoting, and operations teams to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, support cost-improvement initiatives, and reduce financial risk. Prepares variance, productivity, budget, profitability, and inventory reports while contributing to special projects and process improvements.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, inspection methods, tooling, fixtures, and production controls. Lead lean and Six Sigma improvements, process validations, engineering changes, capital expenditure justifications, and manufacturing launches. Provide DFM feedback, troubleshoot production issues, support CNC programming, maintain technical documentation, and mentor engineering staff. Collaborate with production, quality, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams in a high-precision manufacturing environment.

Lead cross-functional NPI and product transfer programs from development through production using APQP/Stage-Gate. Manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, metrics and stakeholder communications. Facilitate engineering, supply chain, quality and customer interactions to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to technical and reliability requirements. Drive continuous improvement and resolve program risks and barriers.

Design and develop forging and machining dies, tooling, fixtures, and gages using Siemens NX. Create solid models, drawings, BOMs, and design controls; support manufacturing, resolve production issues, drive cost reduction, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Lead monthly and year-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements and reconciliations, oversee intercompany and inventory processes, drive technical accounting research and audit support, implement accounting policies, improve close processes and automation, and recruit/coach an accounting team.
