Support and maintain quality systems and regulatory compliance for medical device manufacturing. Lead FMEAs, control plans, PPAP, CAPA and complaint investigations; coordinate process validations, generate quality metrics, support MRB/RMA, participate in audits, and collaborate with manufacturing to resolve quality, cost, and schedule issues.

Lead EHS programs across multiple manufacturing facilities: ensure regulatory compliance, conduct audits/inspections, manage injuries/workers' comp, perform industrial hygiene and ergonomic assessments, train employees on safety procedures, investigate incidents, oversee permits and environmental reporting, and support engineering on process changes and construction.

Perform simple machine operation, assembly, part preparation/loading, and basic in-process inspections. Verify certifications and documentation, use precision measurement tools after training, and assist other areas to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
