Leads cross-functional new product introduction, product transfer, capital, and cost-improvement programs from development through production. Plans schedules, resources, risks, budgets, and documentation; facilitates stage-gate reviews and team meetings; coordinates engineering, supply chain, quality, customers, and internal stakeholders; drives problem-solving, continuous improvement, consensus, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Provide Tier II technical support via phone, remote tools, or in person; troubleshoot complex issues; maintain network availability and security; install hardware/software; manage printers/scanners and backups; assist disaster recovery and internal audit; document IT systems and recommend process improvements.

Supports medical device product development from planning through launch. Develops concepts and prototypes, performs tolerance analysis, FEA, DOE, simulated-use testing, material testing, and design evaluations. Assists with process validation, manufacturability improvements, engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and design-control documentation. Collaborates with design, manufacturing, project teams, and suppliers while applying mechanical design, CAD, GD&T, quality standards, and process-development principles.
