Operates and sets up manual machining equipment including mills, lathes, drill presses, gun drills, and surface grinders. Reads engineering drawings, reworks and inspects parts, completes production documentation, maintains material inventory, assists with machine repairs, and collaborates with engineering on fixtures and tooling processes. Requires three years of machine shop experience, blueprint-reading ability, inspection-tool proficiency, trade mathematics, Microsoft Office skills, and manufacturing experience.

Operates and sets up Swiss CNC machines to produce precision parts within tight tolerances. Responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings and programs, changing tooling, making offsets, measuring parts, performing maintenance and hand finishing, documenting production, meeting quality and productivity targets, following GMP/GDP and safety standards, maintaining 5S housekeeping, and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires Swiss machining experience and collaboration with team leaders to resolve manufacturing issues.

Operates CNC machines to produce parts within specified tolerances using machine programs and engineering drawings. Changes tooling, makes minor offsets, performs inspections and hand finishing, completes routine maintenance, and maintains production and quality records. Follows GMP, GDP, safety, and 5S standards while meeting productivity targets. Supports continuous improvement, identifies manufacturing issues, and escalates problems to supervisors.
