Owns the full lifecycle of an electric motor product portfolio, including market strategy, product roadmaps, competitive analysis, value propositions, and go-to-market planning. Partners with engineering, sales, marketing, supply chain, and customers to identify product opportunities, ensure technical and regulatory compliance, and improve profitability. Provides technical leadership, supports customer proposals, and leads cross-functional product teams.

The Applications Engineer - Transformers provides technical support for transformer solutions, prepares quotations, manages sales opportunities, and supports project execution across teams.

Lead the design and innovation of advanced power electronic systems, including converters and inverters, while mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with grid standards.

Perform precision, close-tolerance machining on medium-to-large components using mills, lathes, boring mills, grinders and CNC equipment. Set up and operate machines, read engineering drawings, troubleshoot CNC code, develop/edit programs, design/ fabricate jigs and fixtures, ensure quality and safety, lift and move heavy parts, and train/assist team members while supporting continuous improvement and ISO 9001 standards.
